Dear fellow citizens, officers and soldiers of Lam Dong province!

The year of 2011 is the first year that the Resolution of the 9th Congress - Provincial Party has been implemented; many challenges, especially the inflation and the implementation of drastic measures to curb inflation, to ensure social security, etc. have limited resources for development investment. However, with the efforts and high determination of the Party and people, all the tasks in 2011 have been fulfilled quite completely and successfully. This creates favorable prerequisites for the development of next year.

The Provincial Party Committee, The People's Council, The People's Committee, and The Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Lam Dong Province highly appreciate and respectfully praise the close solidarity, the high efforts of all fellow citizens, officers and soldiers in the past year.

In 2012, the whole country in general and Lam Dong province in particular must continue applying effective measures to control inflation, especially by implementing monetary policies strictly and carefully, as well as cutting of public investment, etc. Although these strategies will affect much to the rate of economic growth, with the firm political will, Lam Dong Party Committee keeps trying to achieve economic growth rate of 15-16% to ensure social security, political stability to help Lam Dong Province develop rapidly and sustainably in 2012 and in the next years.

The Provincial Party Committee, The People's Council, The People's Committee, and The Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Lam Dong Province would like to call all local fellow citizens, officers and soldiers to continue maintaining and developing the revolutionary traditions and close solidarity, gathering all resources to promote the patriotic emulation movement, determining to overcome all challenges, complete political tasks in 2012 successfully, and to make our home country more beautiful and prosperous.
